DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION

Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these details of participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them. A purchase is necessary to enter the contest.

The promotion begins at 9:00am on Monday 11 December 2023 and closes Sunday 6:00pm on 30 June 2024. Entries not received by Sunday 2:00pm on 30 June 2024 or not completed inaccordance with these details of participation, will not be eligible to win. The promoter is Workwear Discounts Pty Ltd ATF The Bernard Baz Family Trust trading as “Worklocker Townsville”of Building F, Domain Central, 143 Duckworth Street, Garbutt, QLD (Phone: 1300 720 366).

METHOD OF ENTRY

The general public may enter by purchasing an eligible pair of Mongrel Boots in any single purchase from Worklocker Townsville store located at Building F, Domain Central, 143 DuckworthStreet, Garbutt, QLD. Walk in customers need to complete a clear legible entry form in full for an entry to be considered valid. All goods must be paid for in full before a customer canreceive an entry. Goods purchased on account or under contract are not eligible for entry. Entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open only to Australian Residents, aged 18 years and over who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry per purchase. Employees of Workwear Discounts andWorklocker Townsville and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. If after the winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded. If awinning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry,subject to the written direction of any relevant authority. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the matter. Results of a draw or a redraw willbe displayed in the Worklocker Townsville store.

PRIZE DETAILS

One winner who shops in our Worklocker Townsville Store will receive: A new Honda CRF250R Dirt Bike, or a bike to similar specifications and dollar value, if the CRF250R is unavailable.

All other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to any transfer costs, additional taxes, insurance and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner, asincurred. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s.

PRIZE DRAW

The prize will be drawn at Worklocker Townsville from a barrel containing all valid entries at 5:00pm on Friday 5 July 2024. There is only one (1) prize which will be drawn from one (1)round of draws, unless a redraw is required for invalid entries or unclaimed prizes. The draw will be open to the public and will be independently scrutinised.

INDEMNITY

All contestants release from and indemnify Workwear Discounts, Worklocker Townsville, Worklocker Toowoomba, Victor Footwear and Mongrel Boots and their staff against all liability, cost,loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition, including [but not limited to] loss of income, personal injury and damage to property andwhether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. Workwear Discounts, Worklocker Townsville, Worklocker Toowoomba, Victor Footwear andMongrel Boots reserves the right to alter the draw date and time in the event of any natural disaster or for any other unforeseen reason.

NOTIFICATION

The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone, email and text message on the day of the draw. Notification of the winner’s details will be placed on notices placed prominently in theWorklocker Townsville store within one day of the draw.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

In the event of the prize not being accepted or claimed within 14 days of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct suchfurther draws at 5:00pm on Saturday Friday 9 August 2024.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable. The prize will be delivered to the eligible winner:- As soon as practicable after the draw where the winner is located in anyother eligible State or Territory. Any other expenses associated but not included as part of the competition is at the cost of the prize winner. All prize information is correct at time ofprinting. Subject to the statutory rights and warranties reserved to the winner in respect to all applicable laws, the Promoter and their related bodies corporate, officers, employees,contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever [including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss] which is suffered orsustained in connection with this promotion, and the promotion of this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further the Promoter makes norepresentations or warranties and will have no further liability whatsoever in relation to the prize once announced and formalised. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions isfound to be invalid or unenforceable then it is deemed to be severed and the remainder of these Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

PROMOTION

By entering this competition the prize winner agrees to the use of their pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without payment or consideration. Byentering this competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and its affiliates may use this information and/or disclose it to other organisations thatmay use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter maycommunicate or advertise this competition using Facebook, Instagram and/or any other social media site(s). The competition however, is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administeredby, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook/Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Facebook/Instagramfrom any and all liability.
